Pre-ignition checks for gas boilers: 1. The boiler, fan, and boiler circulation water pump should be in good working condition. Safety accessories (such as pressure gauges, water level gauges, boiler explosion-proof doors, etc.) should be complete, flexible, and reliable. The water level in the hot water tank should be above 2/3 of the tank height (but below the overflow outlet). The boiler water level should be full. Keep the flue unobstructed and open the induced draft fan damper. Check if the natural gas supply system is functioning normally (is the gas pressure normal, is the gas-liquid separator empty), open the gas manual valve, and ensure there are no leaks. Starting the gas boiler: 1. Start the boiler induced draft fan and ventilate for 20 minutes. Press the start button to activate the burner nozzle. Step one: blow the furnace for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, it will ignite automatically. Observe if the ignition is successful. If successful, run at low fire for one minute, then automatically switch to high fire, and then start the induced draft fan for normal operation. (Automatic program) 3. During operation, regular checks should be conducted every half hour, focusing on the following points: a. Is the natural gas flow and pressure stable? b. Is the motor burner operating normally, and is there any noise from the motor? c. Is the furnace flame normal? d. Is the boiler hot water circulation pump functioning properly (manual test)? e. Is the boiler pressure normal (normal pressure, adjustment range: high stop, low start)? f. Is the induced draft fan normal, and is the motor making any abnormal sounds? 4. During normal operation, the burner requires no manual operation; all transitions between high and low fire will be performed automatically as needed. The burner has a manual switch for high and low fire, allowing for manual control of heat as needed. (Stop 2# fire switch) Stopping the gas boiler: 1. The furnace should be started and stopped regularly according to production requirements. Press the stop button to stop the burner and close the pipeline gas supply valve.
