(1) When starting a large circulating water pump, the bypass valve should be opened first to prevent damage to the boiler or radiator due to rapid startup pressure. After the boiler is operating normally, the main water valve should be opened and the bypass valve closed.

 

(2) As the water temperature rises and the make-up water enters the boiler, gas will continuously precipitate, and the exhaust valve should be opened frequently.

 

(3) The hot water gas boiler should also be regularly discharged through the sewage valve during operation. Pay attention to the stability of the pressure inside the boiler during discharge to avoid water hammer accidents caused by water evaporation. The network system discharges sewage through the sewage treatment device.

 

(4) Try to minimize the amount of make-up water in the hot water heating system, repair leaks in a timely manner, strengthen the management of exhaust and drainage devices, and prohibit the arbitrary release of hot water for other purposes. Generally, the amount of make-up water in the system should be controlled within 1% of the system's circulating water volume.

 



 

(5) The expansion pipe of the expansion tank should be installed on the boiler supply (outlet) main pipe, and it is strictly forbidden to install valves on the expansion pipe, and anti-freezing measures should be taken.

 

(6) The circulating water should maintain a certain flow rate, flowing evenly into each heated surface to prevent evaporation.

 

(7) Appropriate power outage protection measures should be taken. When the natural circulation hot water gas boiler suddenly loses power, it can still maintain the circulation of boiler water, posing little threat to safe operation. However, when the forced circulation hot water gas boiler suddenly loses power and forces the water pump fan to stop running, the circulation of boiler water stops immediately, which can easily lead to serious accidents due to evaporation. Some larger boiler rooms are equipped with backup power sources or diesel engines that should be quickly started when the power grid goes down to ensure that the water circulation in the system is not interrupted.

 

(8) To coordinate the operation of the boiler burning system with the water circulation system and prevent accidents from occurring and expanding, it is best to interlock the boiler's coal feeding ventilation and other equipment with the water pump, so that the furnace will extinguish immediately after the water circulation stops.
