Special Frequency Converter for Traction of Mining Locomotives

The product hardware uses the latest product series from a well-known European company, combined with the application software specifically developed by our company for the working conditions of mine locomotives. The control method adopts current vector control, allowing the AC motor to achieve performance comparable to that of a DC motor. The product features strong adaptability, large low-speed starting torque, high reliability, good control performance, and maintenance-free operation.

(2) Adapts to a wide range of voltage fluctuations, capable of meeting the special working conditions of mine locomotives where voltage fluctuates greatly and frequently pulls heavy loads, ensuring stable operation within a wide voltage fluctuation range.

(3) Quick automatic restart after power failure, with the inverter re-energizing and starting to run in less than 2 seconds.

(4) Synchronous control, with synchronous control functionality, keeping the output frequency of two inverters synchronized.

(7) Acceleration and deceleration times can be set in segments.

(9) Low-frequency output with high torque, the inverter can meet the requirements for low-speed starting under full load conditions for heavy vehicles, ensuring smooth starting and speed regulation.
