Product Description

The energy feedback motor test power supply system is suitable for various motor tests, automotive transmission tests, and test equipment that requires energy feedback. This power supply system features green energy saving, low noise, comprehensive protection functions, convenient operation, and powerful communication capabilities, making it a perfect combination of the latest frequency conversion technology applied to test equipment.
The system mainly consists of inverters and motors, with the test motor (load motor) and accompanying test motor driven by their respective inverters. The inverters are connected using a common DC bus to achieve energy sharing, allowing the energy from the motor in generating mode to return to the common DC bus through the inverter for use by the motor in driving mode. The external power grid only needs to supplement a small amount of electrical energy. The energy-saving effect is significant, especially suitable for automotive transmission tests and motor drag tests. The grid feedback method can also adopt the most advanced Active Front End (AFE) energy feedback technology to achieve bidirectional energy transfer, with the electricity generated by the motor fed back to the grid through AFE and LCL filters, with a harmonic content THD < 5%. It is suitable for various loading test scenarios. The motor can operate in four quadrants, capable of running in both driving and generating modes.

This system has been successfully applied in CVT automatic transmission test benches.
